Having worked with brides over last five years, sometimes, as a bride, you can experience stress on the build-up to your wedding neglecting your own self-care and well-being.
What I love about bridal coaching is being part of a bride’s journey. From the get up and go to putting on the veil. I am on hand to support you the whole way.
I help you, as a future bride, take a step back, tune in, reset, discover your inner calm and confidence by introducing self-care sessions that allow you to feel excited about your big day. Even if wedding planning feels overwhelming, I’ll help you put yourself first.
This includes self care rituals, nutrition guidance, meditation, and an exercise routine to suit your fitness level.
I’ll look at any habits, behaviours that are having negative effects on your life. How you can eliminate any stress and feel the joy and excitement you truly deserve.
